We are interested in awarding grants to non-profit organizations addressing significant issues of interest to our Board. We are especially interested in supporting smaller, local organizations that have fewer resources and more limited objectives. We may also help fund regional or national organizations on a case by case basis, whose programs or projects have an impact on the Mid-Atlantic region. Both general operating and project/program support is available to small organizations, while our support for larger organizations is restricted to project/program support. Large organizations should seek guidance from us prior to applying. We do not support capital projects except in emergency situations.
We welcome first-time grant seekers, support applications from prior grant recipients, and reach out to find eligible organizations that share our goals and interests. We especially encourage applications from BIPOC communities and organizations that share our interests.
